				Helsinki’s social and health services reach record-high satisfaction

The recommendation index for Helsinki’s social and health services reached an all-time high in 2024, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 64. This is the highest rating recorded since measurements began in 2018. The most positive feedback came from internal medicine outpatient clinics, service centres, and family centres.

A total of 77% of service users said they would recommend the care they received.

Customers at service centres, internal medicine outpatient clinics, and family centres expressed the highest satisfaction levels.
