Suzanne Innes-Stubb, spouse of the President of Finland, will attend a diplomatic meeting in Vienna from 17 to 18 June.
The event brings together spouses of heads of state to discuss global challenges through the lens of soft power. It is organised by Doris Schmidauer, partner of Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, and Olena Zelenska, spouse of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The discussions will examine public diplomacy and the influence of women in advancing peace and security. The Vienna School of International Studies is co-organising the event.
The gathering is part of a wider initiative led by Zelenska. Her effort seeks to create a forum for dialogue among leaders’ spouses and external experts. The focus is on improving global well-being and addressing humanitarian issues through cooperation.
